About the Event

Gain the Reward, not the Weight is a 4 week program for Muslim women in the month of Ramadan. The program is designed to help you avoid weight gain in Ramadan, feel energized all throughout, and help you reset your health for Ramadan and beyond! 

This registration is for the full Ramadan program which will be kickstarted with the Zoom link attached. Here's what will be included: 

2 Live sessions (one before Ramadan, and the second last week of Ramadan)

Exclusive group chat for all members with access to the dietitians all throughout the month-- this will be your source of motivation, accountability, and sisterhood connection!

2 pre-recorded educational videos per week with applicable challenges  at the end of each. 

Invaluable materials including, but not limited to: Suhoor recipes e-book, Iftar recipes e-book, your daily goal tracker, PLUS A BONUS Ramadan prep your pantry PDF!
